Food and Health Development with the Health Inequalities Pool

I have recently been commissioned by the Health Inequalities Pool (HIP) to carry out some development work, which will support me in my existing role as a volunteer rep for the Manchester community and voluntary sector on the Food Futures Strategy, plus enable existing capacity building of the Pool, in order to enable the sector to have a greater influence in deciding the future of food in Manchester.

Food Futures Strategic bid to Local Food Fund

Manchester Food Futures has decided to put together a 'strategic bid' of up to £300,000, in support of the community and voluntary sector, to the new  £50 Local Food Fund, which is part of the BIG Lottery's Changing Spaces programme.
